So yes, we finished the hardwood flooring, and it is amazing. I am debating whether I am going to put up pics before the new carpet is in or not. Not sure when the carpet is going on, but hopefully in the next month or so. Random funny fact: The soundproofing layer got delivered to ORACLE somehow -- go figure. Gotta love UPS...

I could think of worse cases of mistaken identity -- being mistaken for Larry Ellison probably wouldn't be too bad!
