Some Justification...
Funny how it seems nobody has really mentioned that they DID find chemical weapons in Iraq. Granted, it's not the huge stockpile, but they said they didn't have anything, and finding a stash of 500 isn't exactly a non-event...

Aren't these also "dead" weapons? They still fall under the classification of WMDs, but their threat is less than that of the land mines still scattered across old battle zones all over the world.
